These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between MB FACTORY DESIGN, owner of the site laboratory-atyna.com (hereinafter "the Site"), and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Site. (hereinafter “the Client”). By placing an order via the LABORATOIRE ATYNA FRANC Amazon store, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer. LABORATORY ATYNA FRANCE strives to present and describe its products with the greatest accuracy. However, if errors or omissions were to occur, LABORATOIRE ATYNA FRANCE cannot be held responsible.

LABORATOIRE ATYNA FRANCE undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Client on the Site and to process them in accordance with current legislation. All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark law or patents.
